Five-day Grillz wax class
 
Class Details: Duration: 5 days (Monday to Friday)
Time: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM (one hour lunch)
Class size: Limited to 6 students per class to focused instruction and individual attention.
Prerequisites: Passion for making Grillz.
 
Day 1:
Understanding Impressions Taking and Mold Making
Introduction to grillz making, safety precautions, and materials overview.
Detailed instruction on taking dental impressions, using dental putty, and creating a mold of teeth. Practical demonstration and hands-on practice for each student.
 
Day 2:
Wax Modeling
Introduction to wax carving techniques and tools required for creating the wax model.
Step-by-step guidance on crafting the wax model on the dental mold. Students practice carving and shaping the wax to form the grillz design.
 
Day 3:
Introduction to Casting Techniques**
Explanation of casting processes, focusing on lost-wax casting for gold or silver grillz.
Video demonstrations on melting and pouring molten metal into the prepared mold.
Day 4: Finishing and Polishing
Cleaning and initial filing.
Detailed guidance on polishing techniques, including using different abrasives and tools to achieve a smooth and shiny finish on the Grillz.
 
Day 5:
Fitting and Final Touches
Fitting grillz to the dental cast, adjusting the fit for comfort and aesthetics.
Final adjustments, discussions on customization options, and tips for maintaining Grillz.
Each student completes their grillz, gets feedback, and prepares to take it home.
 
At the end of the course, each student will have successfully crafted their silver grillz, gained comprehensive knowledge about the process, and be equipped with the skills to create custom grillz for customers.
